Dependant on your business needs, we offer an in-house or on-site service as regularly as you require.

Computerised accounts are produced using our Sage software. Alternatively we use Excel spreadsheets.

Computerised Book-Keeping consists of :
  • Producing Sales Invoices (if required)
  • Sales and Purchase Day Books
  • Bank Payments and Receipts
  • Petty Cash
  • Nominal Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Monthly Statements to customers
  • Debtors and Creditors lists monthly, or as required
  • Management Reports

 PRICING
Our price is based on the average number of documents processed each month, i.e.
  • No. of Sales Invoices
  • No. of Purchase Invoices
  • No. of Receipts
  • No. of Payments
This will include all stationery.

Our charges are reviewed anually on 1st January and providing quantities have not increased by more than 20%, are only increased by the current rate of inflation.

Sage book-keeping from Acorn Book-Keeping, Rayleigh, Essex If required, we can process data using your computer and Sage software at your premises.
